ok i know, another ls/vtec? but i need to get this striaght!
Alright, if you've been over this topic a hundred times, sorry and thinks, for giving it another chance. If you come on here to tell me to search dont bother i already wasted an hour and a half searching.
What I have=a stock jdm 2nd gen b16a head complete all the way to the injectors-minus- the dist../ usdm b18b LS stock block with 44,000 miles/ jdm b16a trans... 7.5 lb flywheel
Main question is will a virgin p28 ecu be best with this setup (staying all-motor for now) if I need to get it chipped which one, and will the ls dist.. work with the b16 head? If it does will it be good enough? Finally will i have to get a header for a b16?
I know when there is a lot of questions asked they usually dont all get answered so if that is too many questions i need to know about the ls dist.. and what up with the ecu? Thanks

p28 has a 7500ish rev limit. can't really remember. but i do know it'll throw a CMP code since theres 2 cams there instead of just 1. other than that, it'll be fine. the LS distributor will work fine, if you hack the leg that the vtec sol. interferes with. only 1 bolt (unless you drill a hole in the back leg, the top leg will line right up) will hold it on, so tighten it down pretty good and use lock tite after you get your base timing on. as for the header, your LS header/exhuat mani will bolt right up.

Yes, thanks, but I got all of that under control. I left a lot out to try to keep it simple, and not loose track of the subject.
