Default Question About My Tach

The stock tach and the aftermarket tach aren't exactly even. The aftermarket one is always like a couple hundred rpm's higher than the stock one, is this normal? Also once the car gets warmed up the stock tach drops down to 0 rpm's. It's a Integra GSR btw, is this normal? Sorry for the big pic.

Your stock tach should never drop to 0rpms when warm. That can't be good.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Does the tach just drop to 0rpm and the car stays idling just fine? Or does the car die?

THE GREEN WIRE ON TOUR TACH MAKE SURE IS REALLY WELL TIE UP TO THE BLUE WIRE BY YOUR DISTRIBUTOR AND ASLO PUT ELEKTRIC TAPE ARROUND IT

YOUR AFTERMARKET SHOULD BE THE SAME RPM AS YOUR STOCK TACH

CINCE THEY ARE WORKING WITH THE SAME WIRE (BLUE)

AND IF YOUR CAR IDLES FINE BETWEEN 1 AND 0 IS OK AS LONG IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE IS GOING TO DIE

HOPE THIS HELP U
