Im pretty sure i can remove this valve thats circled and plug the hole with JB weld or a plate without a problem.. But how would a plug the fitting that goes from the valve up toward the TB?

 

You can remove that and the other thing next to it.
I pluged holes with jb weld.
The nipples on the manifold just pull out with a little effort then fill the hole.

 

i think those are for cruise control... which u probly dont have... so go ahead remove them

No one is for keeping the idel from dropping between shifts I believe and the other I dont remember.

 

Yep, The IACV, and the other if for the ALB/Cruise... one of the two. Who really cares.
