I am looking to buy an exaust, and the quieter the better

so which should i go with, HKS hi power or skunk2 ?

 

I have 99-00 Si stock piping with a ITR muffler, really quite.

 

Check into the Apex World Sport catback. Relatively quiet.

I say the HKS but if you want a quiet exhaust go wit Apex World Sport or RSR Ex Mag

 

you've picked 2 pretty loud exhausts... anything with an N1 style can will be pretty loud. i would say the HKS is going to be quieter if it has a removable silencer like the skunk2. the piping on the HKS is only 55mm (2.17")... i'm pretty sure the skunk2 is atleast 60mm+ (2.36")
