Default changing timing belt

i am going to get the timing belt changed on my gsr and my mechanic suggested that i get some of the seals changed also (cam seal and a few others). which, if any, seals do u think i should have changed? nothing is leaking to my knowledge.

you should change the main seal, and while you're at it, change your water pump.

I'd recommend changing the seals also. You can generally buy the seals in a set, I'd check e-Bay out..I bought a complete head gasket set there. I purchased my set from here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33665 (you obviously won't need to head gasket). The set is quality JDM and worked extremely well even on my stock B18A. As far as the timing belt is concerned, go with OEM, and you may want to replace the timing belt tensioner as well. As deeaye9 recommended above, also consider your water pump.
