Default boosted prelude numbers

Hey guys I'm not trying to start a supercharger vs. turbo forum here but i would like to know some numbers anybody boosting is putting down. I have a 99' SH which I want to boost and I've done numerous hours of research on Super vs. Prelude and what people claim to be better, but I want to see some dyno charts or 1/4 mile times if anyone has it. Also mention which turbo kit you're running, cause right now I'm thinking the FMAX is the best way to go, but if anybody can tell me otherwise I'd like to know about it! Thanks guys and lets see your numbers

well since you have an SH model prelude your probably not
gonna be able to put down more than 325-350 hp w/o your tranny
failing since you have ATTS. If you don't want to mess with swapping
out a different tranny, I would supercharge it or run nitrous

If you can get your turbo tuned to where there is no turbo "Spike" then there should be no problem w/ ATTS. This is theoretical of course, but that's why it shuts itself off, the dramatic increase in torque during the spike.

i have yet to see a reliably boosted 275+ hp boosted h22 on the stock bottom end...

the obvious problem with boosting h22's is the rather weak piston rings and high compression...there are a few ways around this however...a thicker headgasket is always an option...also, tuning becomes essential for boosting an h22...

personally, i would put together a custom kit if i were you...i am a little bit conservatice, though, in terms of reliability, but i would get something like an emanage to tune everything...or at least a vafc II...the fmu that comes in the fmax kits just doesn't cut it in my opinion...also, larger injectors are probably needed...

If I decide to keep my Prelude I'll turbo it for sure, ill be happy to gain 250 BHP 210 WHP, its gonna be daily driven, and I'll keep the boost low until necessary. and I hope to run low 14s with that setup.
