Default Question: Cleaning Headlight lenses?

i have jdm itr headlights on my teg and they're sort of worn and have a "foggy" appearance to the lenses...

i was wondering what i could do to make them look new.. or newer..

any products specially made for this type of thing? or any tips or anything to improve the appearance of them?
