Default 89 si engine

i have a cjance to get an 89 si engine for basicly free and a friend said he'd help me with the swap engine trans ecu would it be worth the time todo this swap from a d15 b2 to d16 a6 with less than 100,00 miles?

Welcome to the crowd, that's exactly what I'm doing; I'm on my third day of it though. Definetly worth it as an easy upgrade, and a learning experience.

totally worth it.. its a great learning experience. and it'll be more faster than the d15b2 so more better. best yet its multipoint fuel injection.

thats one major thing i liked about it was the multi port looks better and way more parts for a d16 than d15

It does sit a little prettier in the engine bay, I will give you that
