Me personally, I'd not run my S2K down the 1320, unless that 1320 feet happened to be the length of a straightaway on a road course

In all seriousness, you don't have to bug people to do things like this if they really want it saved. Those that want that strip to stay open, will do anything in their power to do so. Those who choose not to and don't care one way or the other, oh well, that is their peroggative.

Its sad that this guy is getting flamed on becuase of making a thread to support a good cause. If your into motorsports you should support all forms of motorsports. It would be like them trying to shut down Watkins Glen and all the drag racers say, oh **** you thats too bad, autocross is gay anyways.

If they shut down one, they'll shut them all down. Than we'll see who's complaining about thread spamming when there's no tracks to go to. The word needs to be spread in order for people to know about the problem before its too late.

Let's not forget that Englishtown also has an autocross track which would also be shut down.

You need a serious attitude adjustment if you think everyone is going to bow down and do what they are asked or told to on this or any web forum.

I, myself, was NOT flaming this guy for doing his part in trying to save the track. I voiced some of my opinions in reply to his first post in hopes of making him see that people will sign it if they want, regardless of what "bribes" he offers.
If you can't take a little fun, games, and constructive criticism, then you're in for a rough ride in the game of life.

to you for being such a tightass and taking everything that I wrote seriously. All forms of racing should be sacred to anyone that loves cars, trucks, motorcycles and all motorsports. Just because I said that I don't drag race MY S2000, doesn't mean that all people don't. I'd rather participate in road racing or auto X myself, but I'm not trying to ban drag racing.

Good luck to Thermodynamic and yours, as well as everyone's, efforts to save Englishtown.
