What's the diff. between Del Sol's with Inner Circle lights?

What's the diff. between Del Sol's with Inner Circle lights?
I've seen some Del Sol's with inner circle lights, and some without. What is the difference between the two? Is the one with the inner lights the Vtec?

just different years. umm and yeah i think the one with out the auxilary lights are the ones that came with vtec. Both the dohc and sohc vtec, not sure though so dont trust me.

93-95 all model del sol's have inner lights.
96-97 all model del sol's do not have inner lights.
