Cracked Itr Tranny casing?
yes you can... the only problem you might have is the LSD bearing race. Honda uses two different races.... there is the removable cone race and the normal race that is part of the housing. When I installed my turbo setup I changed my from the "good for NA" Y21 EG6 tarnny to my old S80 GSR tranny. My GSR tranny didn't use cone bearings so I used a hammer and punch to carefully remove the race from the Y21 and then use the same hammer with a large socket to install the races into the Y80 tranny.
If the crack is too big and JB weld won't stop the leak. Can I also use a 1995 LS tranny? Cause I have an extra LS tranny sitting in my garage.
Your assumption is correct. I do have a Type tranny. I was stating that "is it possible to put my Type R gears and internals of the Type R tranny into a 95 LS tranny casing."

I'd JB Weld it first though, I would just do the outside first and see if that worked.
No need to replace the casing, JB Weld it!
A friend of mine has a 1991 MR2 turbo. The car puts about 300 to the ground. He was at a drag strip one night when a hard launch (1.6 60') sheared a piece of a gear off and put in through the tranny casing. He cut himself a patch and JB welded it on. That was about 9000 miles ago and he hasnt had any problems.
