went to roll the window u[p today and it was just stuck 1/2 way up it also was sticking out like its off the track. if i open my door panel is this somthing i could fix myself or should i go to the dealership?> thanks

 

It's possible to fix yourself, but if it's come off the track and you didn't do anything out of the ordinary, then you should probably just take it to the stealership or a reputable shop and get that ish realigned.

 

thnks i may do that especially since i cant seem to get the door panel off, there are no screws i assume it pulls off? ooh well i will take it to honda to see what they say

 

i've had this problem with my 97 hx
you can fix it yourself easily
to take the panel off...take the speaker cover off
there are 3 screws holdin the panel onto the door (goldish color)..after this unscrew the power window holder (1 screw) and the door lock thing (1 screw) and pull them out and unplug them. Next pull on the door panel..it is all snaps. Also be careful cause the door speaker has to be unplugged before u take the panel off.
after this you can go to town with the window...u can unscrew the tracks and get it back on and reallign it....my big problem was i needed to spray some lubricant on the track...once i did this...worked liked new..if you need any help PM me or email me at quagabow@yahoo.com
