Default Type R buildup from Scratch... phase 8.. and its done*NO 56K*

I haven been kinda lazy doing the finishing touches on her before inspection, just lots of stuff going on in my life, hopefully she I will be able to go next week for inspection so I can finally drive it on the road..
The set up runs flawless and spins pretty much all 3rd if I shift hard into it from 2nd... if I floor the car at 3k RPM in 2nd it just spins to redline... feels good to finally drive a fast car again.. Am guessing it has 270-290WHP
but ill hit the dyno before the end of summer to confirm my estimate!

When I got her: 4 MONTHS AGO

After about 50 hours: LOTS OF SANDING

Add another 12 hours: ZINC PRIMMED RAD SUPPORT WELDED

Umm 15 hours later: PRIMMED AND PREPPED ENGINE BAY AND INTERIOR

5 hours later: NICE BASE COAT/CLEAR COAT,, look at that shine!

only 5-6 hours in and its started to look like a car again!.... Gas tank, break lines, wire harness, master break, clutch, pedals, subframe, suspension........ time to go home!

another 8 hours... I HATE BREAK LINES

And shes off for paint.. Ill miss the multicoloured look! NOT

5 damm weeks later... ahhhhhh oh well its life!
clean and silky (still not buffed)

still lots of work ahead of me

Umm windows are in....All bran new! so much $$$

Wohoo its comming together, interior is almost done!

Towed to my other friends garage (ADtuning) so he can help me out with the motor!
The car now had a red heart.....installing a motor and making sure not to scratch the engine bay was a pain in the assssss

Trial set up with the water cooler,, damm thats a tight fit!

Umm looks sexy!

The final set up

Looks like an intercooler... NOT its a heat exchanger

The motor complete and running like a charm!

Finally got the fogs all hooked up with a switch!

I need to on some "Boosted Type R" sticker on, the car is a little too plain!

I had to bend the 3inch exhaust a little bit cuz it was hitting the LCR when I would hot a bump!

Well I hope you guys injoyed my 5 month build up. I took lots of hard work and dedication, I dont think I will ever do it again.. I took simply too much time and MONEY! But I must say I enjoyed every minute of it!

thanks to Debo for helping me out all those late nights, as well as Tony and Boo from AD!

not to dog you but you went through all that work for a oem color? i would have gone a different route with the color considering the trouble you went through

Believe me I thought about colours for over a month...
Ive always loved CW... it elegant yet always bright!!

I was gonna do the RSX dessert sand colour or a electric blue but I figured I would have got sick of the colour within a year!!

I guess you can say I chickened out and went with the safe colour that I love!
