Lubegard - Auto Trans additive?
I have a 93 Accord which is starting to shift a little hard. After reading a few posts, they advised to flush the tranny fluid and add a bottle of Lubegard.
My question is: Which Lubegard do I add.
The black bottle Lubegard is a Friction Modifier for DEX III. It converts DEX III to
Honda spec auto trans fluid.
The red bottle Lubegard appears to be their generic auto trans additive.
I plan on using Honda ATF, so which Lubegard do I buy? I'm assuming the red because I don't plan on adding DEX III. Is red bottle Lubegard okay to mix with Honda ATF?
Please advise!

Use the red bottle. I called Lubeguard to ask which would be the right one for my '98 accord and they said red. It seemed to shift a little smoother after adding it.
