on my crank pully it has 2 marks for tdc, which one it supposed to be the white one. the first or second.

this is for a B-series motor, but i think the markings are the same

 

there should be 4 marks on the crank pulley. When you turn the crankpulley counterclockwise 3 marks should come up that's in a group and you turn it a little more than you should see a mark all by itself that's the 4th mark you need to align it up to. Its hard to see so look at it carefully. It should be there. If you cant see it try to feel around there with your finger nail or someting. Its should be a groove there. btw this is for the d-series

it is a d-series motor but mine has 2 marks at the tdc area. any other suggestions
