How to ID aftermarket cam gears?

How to ID aftermarket cam shaft?
Well, I'm considering buying a used zex/comp cams 59300.. but how do I positivly ID this cam to be sure I'm not getting screwed? Any visual manufacturer marks?

lol im guessing u mean cams not cam gears, but u can compare pics, and lool at main places such as either end and look at the comparisons...if they look the same as a pic lets say off the website
