Default motor swap....no start

I have swaped a 90 crx hf mpfi motor into my 91 std dpfi civic hatch. She has fuel and spark, but just cranks over and over. My father cupped his hand over the opening to the intake manifold, and it started to actually almost start. I have no engine error codes. My wiring is mint, not sodered yet, becuase I was waiting to "finish" my wiring until I get it to run. I need some ideas on what is wrong with my baby, please help me. Also the hf motor has a mini fuel filter looking thingy at the left side of the fuel rail with a male end plug on it, what the hell is it, and could it be part of my problem?

spray a starting fluid into the tb. if it starts then it's not getting fuel or it was just flooded. wd40 works.

no, it is just a cover on the connection - what engine wiring harness are you using? are plug wires in correct order? do you get Check Engine Light? codes?

unless you are using the DX DPFI intake manifold, you need to wire it for mpfi for it to run.. also need a mpfi computer

I'm using my stock std harness. I am thinking I might have my injectors plugged in the wrong order. I get no error codes

Does it look something like this? if this is what ou are talking about, it is just your fuel pulsation dampener. But I dont think it would be the cause of your problem.

oh..I also have everything... the hf motor was complete that I put it. I was told that it ran when it came out. so the dizzy is the right one and the manifold is good. I bought a pm6 ecu and converted my stock std harness for the four injectors with the "twinky" box. I'm just not understanding why I can't get it to run. I am getting fuel into the rail, so it must be an injector problem or a wiring problem. I tried switching the white wires on the dizzy...didn't work. does anybody know anyone that is located neer Bangor, Maine that has done this before. I can buy beer or food or whatever it takes to get some assistance.

I'm working on getting the pictures upload. I am not getting fuel. I have to figure out my vacume hoses, and figure out what that thing is on the left of my fuel rail.
