Default new springs?

I put on some no name 15's on my hatch a few months ago. I just recently noticed that whenever I go over and type of moderate bump in the road, my car scrubs out on one of the fenders. I was just wondering if this could be my shocks or can I just replace my springs?

If it is just a spring problem, would I get a better ride out of some Neuspeed springs or Tein S-Tech's?? I'm not looking for anything super or really expensive. Just a smooth ride.

Thanks for any help

If it ends up to be a spring problem, I've got a set of Tein S-Tech's that were used for 4 months before I got coilovers. Still in great condition. PM, email, or aim me.

The ride really isnt bouncy. I can feel the car dip really low when I go around a good enough corner though. How are Neuspeed's springs????

I saw them pretty cheap online.

Forget the springs. Your shocks sound shot. You better worry about that first.

nope, if you feel the car "dips" alot when you turn sharply, your struts are blown.
new springs, might make it a better, but then you're ride's going to be bouncy to ****

Unfortunately you'll end up spending more if you buy cheap because they won't last as long. Spend the money. It's worth it.

you can buy kybs(not adjustable) pretty cheap from summit racing @ 60 a pc. I don't race my del sol and I like them for daily driving, makes the ride stiff though. get used to your cd player skipping, especially if your going to be using low profile tires and lowering springs

A new cd player would be a good start but better roads in the state of SC would be even better. My rims would probably also agree.

Oh well I will get some shocks I guess. When I do get some springs are Tein S-techs or Neuspeed springs good? Im not looking for a Auto X setup or anything just something nice for a daily driver.

sounds like you have either the wrong offset on your rims and/or the wrong tire size. i have 205/50-15's on 15x6.5 +45 offset rims and i have no problems with rubbing at all
