Default P28 CEL

Ok, i got a 95 civic VX with a B18C1 in it. I have been running a stock P72 ECU for about a week with no problems. I reclently got a skunk2 manifold and got a P28 and had it chipped. I installed the P28 and now my car has a CEL. Code 67. Any ideas what is wrong?

so how do i correct this? is it in the ECU because it was not throwing any codes with the P72. install the p28, then code 67 pops up. ... hmmm..
