hesitation?
try searching first!!!
besides no one can help you unless you can describe what is happening at what rpm, what ecu are you running, what modifications have been done. you cant just say it hesitates and expect everyone to know what you are talking about.

It HAS TO BE one of the following or a combination of several of them.
You might as well just replace them all. They are Honda's "weak links" and commonly go bad.
The good thing is that you can get all of these parts at any auto parts store for about $20 total. They are super easy to replace, but you should take your time and get the job done right... don't rush it!
Go get a new;
exhaust throw-out bearing (yours might be plugged and creating too much back pressure in the exhaust)
the plug for the distributor damper fluid (you wil have a fluctuating ignition spark if it goes bad)
and the vacuum hose running to the idle control drain **** (you get condensed water inside there if it fails).
Since you have a B16, check to see if it came from the Integra Xsi or if it's a REAL JDM B16.
One of them (can't remember which) has a funky thing up by the throttle body.
It's called a carburator intake bypass valve. There's a couple vacuum lines on it.
You can take that part off and replace it OR you can open it up and fix it. (The solder joints in it go bad over time and you get problems.)
It's a hard part to find and it costs $$$ too. About $70 used is the lowest I've seen!!!

BAH!
Don't post that!
I want to see what he has to say after he looks for the parts in my list!

Bringing this thread back from the dead.....
Just curious, because I feel like a friggin' idiot. I have NEVER heard of any of these things.
What is?
-An exhaust throw-out bearing?
-idle control drain ****?
I have been dealing with demons in my car for about the past year now. I have hesitation in the lower rpm range, after the car warms up. I have tried MANY different things, and nothing seems to work. However, this is the first time that I have heard about replacing these things.
Somebody... PLEASE.... tell me what you can about these things. Thank you....
