Default Replacing rubber seals on a 98 DX

Hi,
First post here, nice forum. My question is how hard is it to replace the weather stripping on the roof and the rubber seals around the small windows in the quarter panels on my 98 Civic DX? They're cracked, dull, and look really bad. I know I'm going to have to get a new windshield to get the front seal replaced and get the glass shop to replace the rear window seal. The body shop will replace the window seals on the doors. Got an estimate for replacing ALL the rubber, fixing a bunch of small dents, replacing bumper cover and hood and painting. $3100. Ouch. That's almost as much as the car is worth. I think those two seals would be pretty easy and would save me a couple hundred dollars. Any advice? Do you have to take the windows out?
