H22 swap for a 94 honda civic ex
I don't know if this is possible but I hear it is. I would like to know what I need to do so that I can fit a H22 in my civic. My setup is a 1.6L vtec and I want to upgrade it. Anyone that has experience in this please let me know
Thx

im doing an h23 swap in my cx youll probably need the same things. axles, mounts, radiator upgrade, new exhaust. youre lucky because both the h22(assuming is the jdm one that most people buy) and your 1.6L are obd1 which will save some trouble. my h23 is obd2 and my hatch is obd1 and i dont know what im doing about that yet because i cant find a 1 to 2 harness.
very easy to do...I have hcp mounts 90-93 accord intermediate shaft and 90-93 integra axles....Use your stock ex harness extend where needed and get your p28 ecu chipped. there is a whole thread in the hybrid forum about this swap.
well, welcome to HT, your first post is a topic that has been covered more times to count.. The key to learning is that little icon in the right hand corner of the webpage that says search, look at archived topics or recent.. Your most likely to find what your looking for. Usually basic questions about bolt-ons and swaps are overkilled on this forum so to save yourself from being ripped on, read and learn.
yes its possible and it fits, good luck
