ahhh...i bet its code 67. ive known many cats to have that code after a hi flow cat install. i dont know how to clear it, but it wont effect your performance. do a search on code 67. i posted on it awhile back

Check the welds around the rear 02 sensor. This happened before on some Random Technology equiped cars, the weld was not complete...
