i'm a stoopid noob for not mentioning what... it's the steering wheel, would it work for a 96-00 civic?

yes I believe that the steering wheel would work but as far as the air bag goes that is another question. I know for a fact that the RSX, 03 Civic SI, and the S2000 steering wheels will al work for a 96-00 civic. They will not work on a 92-95...

he modified the heading, had nothing to do with the Steering Wheel at first. I think that would look pretty cool if you could get it to fit

what about the guauge cluster, any chance of it fitting 92-95
