Default HELP!!! Is This Safe?????????

I spent 12 hours yesterday (1030am-1030pm) switching the front and rear brakes from my integra to my hatch,-powerslot rotors, earls brake lines, aem pads, mogul brake fluid. everything went smoothly except for the last bolt of the job.... its the one that goes through the arm connecting the trailing arm to chassis. its slotted so you can slide the whole assembly about an inch. It was a real pain in the *** trying to get the bolt lined up to the sliding nut but i eventually got it. but the problem is when i was tightening the bolt it broke. What the hell should I do. any one got any ideas??? will this be safe enough to drive to my tuner/mechanic's shop if its not something i can fix in my driveway?

ps it took 12 hours cause i had to put the civic brakes back on the integra. so no flaming necessary.

Oh man. If it's the one I'm thinking of its how you adjust your rear toe in/out. I think it will be safe to get it to a shop, but you'll need to go really slow. Thats a horrible spot to have a bolt snap, can't really access it from the other side

Can you access the nut by taking out the rear seat or carpet?

no, its under the car and doesnt breach the cabin

if the stud is broken in the thread then just pull out a power drill and cut through it..... or use an impact driver to loosen it up. whenever ive broken a bolt and couldnt access the other end of it ive used a drill to just torque it back out.

You have to start with a really small bit, and step up 1/16" sizes sometimes to get through them.

drill it out, and then use an "easy out" after you repeatedly heat the bolt

put a slit on the broken bolt with dremel and use a flat head screw driver to unbolt it.

Sounds like a PITA. I would just take the car to a shop myself and not deal with the hassle but thats just me.
