sway bars front or Rear??

sway bars front or Rear??
I have a 93 honda civic CX (Canadian) that didn't come with any sway bars... in Canadian autocross rules I can add a front or a rear sway bar in the stock class.. however I can only add either/or and not both. and so I ask is it better to add a rear sway bar or a front sway bar?

front. as big as you can get.
if you were at the canadian nationals you would have seen a black 91 hatch destroy HS by 5 seconds. he's using a big front swaybar.

yes I was at the Canadian Nationals and was one of the ones he beat in H-Stock (I placed 4th) anyways I did like how his car handled ....and he is the main reason I'm looking into Hoosiers as well ....
