That's the next mod I want to do. BTW, that was yet another s2k on ebay with tilt wheel

 

That used to be my friends car back in the day. Believe it or not the conversion was done very nicely and its not hard at all to get in and out of the car. That car gets tons of looks from people, he traded it in and I believe the dealer can't sell it. Personally I wouldn't drive it, but its more of a show car than anything. That car also was pretty quick, last time I drove it with minimal bolt ons.

I'd buy it if they would change the doors, wing and fenders.

 

From what I understand the fenders had to be custom made to accomadate the hardware to put up the doors.

I noticed the VGS badging, but the LHD wheel position. Has someone really put a VGS rack on a LHD S2k, or is it BS? I guess maybe they installed the tilt steering wheel when the put in the VGS?

LOL, I agree. So many people would think you're trying to be hot **** by having those doors. As much as I hate to say it, the car doesn't look all that bad.

 

for some reason, I invision this goob leaving the top up, trying to open the door and getting all sorts of tangled up on the way out.

Trust me I wouldn't but you can sure ask the old owner if he was on this board. I think the kid just wanted to have a different kind of a car. The funny thing is, I am beginning to see more lambo type doors on all types of rice. I think this is def going to be the rice mod of 2005. I wasn't saying that I would do that to an S2K, I was just offering some information because I knew who the car belonged to.
