Default A good turbo cam?

I have the ITR cams in now, but with the turbo who would make a better cam? Would the stock cams be good enough? I heard a while back about a more aggressive exhaust cam, does anyone have anymore info?

Crower and Crane both make "turbo cams" with high lift and short duration. I haven't seen anyone actually using them yet so no comment on any gains they may produce.
