Default Planning my build............. help plz

Ok well I'm currently running a LS motor non vtec, with the following mods:

Apexi GT Spec Catback
Test Pipe (cat bypass)
Generic SRI /w K&N Filter

I'm wanting to start building my motor up a bit and I was reading up and doing some research, and so far I'm thinking of going with:

Header (thinking of getting the comptech header)
Crower 403's
Apexi SAFC
PNP
Valve springs
Retainers
new intake........... what would be the best for this build? (j's racing or just a nice CAI?)

I was just wondering how much I will be looking at pricewise, what brands I should go for, and if there's anything I've missed that I will need.

Thanks guys

I would scratch all of that and invest some good money into a mild turbo/supercharger kit, a standalone ecu, and dyno time .

hmm now im actually leaning towards piecing together a turbo kit, cuz i have a bigass intercooler sittin around i can have for free from my uncle and a couple other things.

What do you guys reccommend for a bov?

Is there a page that you can hear the different sounds different bovs give off?

I was thinking HKS SSQV.......... it is supposedly the best sounding one out there.
