Default b16a2 turbo or b18b turbo?

I was just curious, which is better for boosting? Since I am planning to boost after I swap a motor into my eg hatch. I heard there was a discussion about it already, so can someone please enlighten me with a link or preferably with some information here? Thanks.

This has been discussed several times before.

My choice would be to do the LS/Turbo and then later down the road slap a vtec head on it.
