Default Front Passenger Vibration (I think)

hey guys i got a '94 ls with 250000 miles on it. I have replaced the axle on the passenger side 3 times as well as the driver a few times, replaced the caliper, rotors and both ball joints. It is lowered about 1.5" w/eibach springs and I have the skunk 2 upper arm/camber adjustment. I am gettin car vibration at about 70-80 mph every so often. the stering wheel doesn't vibrate the car does and it makes a wiered noise almost like the sound of a mustang's exhaust. Aligment is good and brand new wheels and tires blance. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Also when i have the car jacked up the passenger side wheel is hard to spin almost like the brakes are not letting up but my pads on the passenger side are worn the same amount as the driver.

Thanks
Jarrad

Sounds like it could be a wheel bearing also, check for play in your bearings.

I second this. The only way to know for sure is pull the axle off and see if it feels the same. If it spins freely it might be something in the cv axle or tranny.

What? Do you speak English?

For the original poster, you said the wheel was hard to spin when it is jacked up. Make sure your brakes are ok. My buddy's Trailblazer has a problem with the brakes rubbing the wheels every now and then and it causes it to shake a little and make a very strange noise.
