Umm.. I think it's done for. It'll take too much time and pieces to get it to even steer. Set the **** on fire, or use it for target practice.

Honestly, you could get a better condition car for $200... I'd get a sedan and go Dirt Track it. I can't go to the local races here anymore because some boner redneck bought a mint CRX, spraypainted it, and threw it on the track the last time I was there. I managed to ask him why he did it, and the reply was "It's just a ******* Honda kid, I's jus happy that its the one with the bigger motor, so I paid $500"... it was an Si, with no rust and 105k miles. I promptly threw up when he hit the fence in turn 3.

i say just practice body work on it and make it look good, if u have the interior for it, toss it in, put a motor in it and get everything running and going good, toss a decent set of tires on it, sit out front of ur house and burn the tires till they pop

i think anything you do, at this point would be a waste of time and effort, take what peices remain that are still good. Then chop it up, and take it to the dump

Dang.
That's either a GREAT place to start for a complete ground up rebuild or it's a horrible place to start for a quick project.

I would paint it a little more, tie it up in a tree, and make it into a giant bird feeder.

cut out and weld up a frame in the rear and bolt a different drivetrain into it ...

like a H23A non-VTEC running dual sidedraft Weber carbs (or 4 x 1bbl Mikunis) ..

You could stuff some cardboard in the windows and make a nifty chicken coop. My grandmother used an old car to dry her apples, peel em, cut em up and put em on a tray and set them inside. The heat from the sun did the job and the fact that they were enclosed kept the bugs off. Dry peaches too!
