The best place to get them is to take your car to a competent mechanic and ask him to use the rebuild kit to rebuild your calipers.

why not use...CR-V, Prelude VTEC, Accord Wagon.....etc etc
they are all the same calipers, the ITR just uses a different pad
I have seen CR-V calipers go for 50 bucks on ebay....people don't know they're the same
