Default Body Kit or Stock

I got a into a crash and i now have to get my car fixed i need a front bumper and fender. I was going to get a body kit with z3 fenders but some people were telling me that i should do a conversion to a 98 stock bumper and then lower it. I want to put the Street Fighter 1 body kit off aerotrends.com. I am getting a turbo and a front mount inter cooler so i want to be able to see it, and you could see it better with the body kit. What do you think?

go the 98-01 conversion. looks lean and mean . then put a lip on it. from my point of view, bodykits are a waste of money and its kinda out of style. just my .02

A. Body kits IMHO are lame and ghey.
B. Whats the point of Z3 fenders? If you can't afford the actual BMW I guess having the fenders is the next best thing.
C. Why do you care if people or your self see your FMIC. The less they say it the more of a sleeper it is.

My final opinion is to go for a 98+ front end conversion with a Type R lip or maybe even a JDM Type R front end.

Do what you want, it's your car. I am in the same boat as everyone else, I appreciate clean cars, no bodykits. This is definetly the wrong forum for this, please move this thread to the appearance section.

i disagree IMO you shouldn't even have a ITR wing unless ur car IS a ITR.
Yea man just get the 98= conversion and slam it..it will look clean man...and while we're talkin about sleepers, if u ever do go turbo paint ur intercooler flat black, tha's what u call sleeper

Do what you want it is your car. If you like the body kit and z3 fenders do that. In my opinion a car can look clean with a body kit if it is a good looking one. I would not go with the z3 fenders tho.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by tig3rxiong &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">go the 98-01 conversion. looks lean and mean . then put a lip on it. from my point of view, bodykits are a waste of money and its kinda out of style. just my .02 </TD></TR></TABLE>

I kind of think that doing the 98-01 conversion with a lip on it is also getting a little played out. As for as the JDM front end too. (Even tho I love it and think it looks the cleanest) Thats my opinion. BTW, I am not trying to start anything by saying this.

I know its just YOUR opinion, but here is mine.
If you can put a 98 conversion on an integra that is not a 98+, then why cant you put a ITR wing and lip on another model integra?
I have an ITR lip and wing on my GS-R along with the OEM underbody kit. Why? Cause it looks good and most importantly cause I like it. Your car man, do whatever you want. You want a huge mouth on that thing so everyone can see your FMIC, then go for it. You drive it, its your money.
