I have an SPC camber kit on the front of my teg. It only took me about an hour to install it, and it gave me plenty of adjustability for the camber.

I the rear you might not need one, or you can just buy some longer bolts and some washers to shim out the back, I have not done this though, I really don't know how well it works.

I have Tein SS dampers. Skunk2 front and ingalls rear camber kits adjusts fine. You should definatly invest in performance shocks youll ware them stockers out fairly quick.

depending on how low the springs drop ur car, you may or may not need a kit. Check with a reputable alignment shop to see if you need one or not. I'm runnin an ingalls kit in front and the washer trick in back and I have plenty of adjustability on my sportlines.

they are all differt style kits.. the skunk2 and omni kits use a differnt control arm.. its a whole new piece.. the spc one, if its like the sprint, or ingalls kits does not.. it pushes the mounting points of the stock control arm out.. and therefore if you try to add too much positive camber.. your arms will hit the fender well. i corrected about 2.5-2.8 degrees on mine and i have no problems.. i have an ingalls style kit. also it depends on how low your car is..

i'd go with the newer whole control arm design.

goodluck!

I am probably going to get OmniPower front and rear upper arms so that I can dial in my camber to about -1.8 in front and somewhere around -1.25 in back.

Whatever you do, don't adjust it to straight up 0 camber, as that will negatively affect handling.

Anyone use the Sprint rear camber bolts? They are $15 for a pair and apparently enable you +/- 2.00 degrees of adjustment.

just a question sorry if it sounds stupid. so when you buy either skunk2 or omnipower camber kits they have upper control arms for both front and back right? the reason i ask because i search on ebay and stuff and i always see that they say they are selling front and rear camber kits and show the two front upper arms and show something like washers and bolts for the rears...? is it always like that or are there upper arms for the rears also? thx in advance.

I like my Ingalls, no signs of the squeaking people complain of since I greased it properly.

skunk2 is only a front kit...cuz thast where 90% of ur camber wear happens....for rears just get some washers and mount them with the bolts. Depends on springs...but for neuspeed race springs its 2 washers on each bolt

thx alot that is exactly what i was looking for. i got h&r race springs and is expecting koni yellows sooner or later, so i think i might need some camber adjustment in the rear. thx again

edit: anybody with h&r racing springs and koni yellows using the washers and bolt for the rear? if so how many washers did you use?

Are you getting a camber kit for adjustability? From what I've seen and experienced, most cars don't need a camber kit to take care of uneven tire wear. All they need is a good alignment that'll get the toe angles straightened out. A camber kit would be a good option if you wanted exact settings.

You know I've been saying that for a long time, but my camber is sitting around -2.8 right now, and I'd like to dial it in closer to something like -1.8 to -2.0 or so.

As for the rear, I want precision adjustability. None of this washer crap for me, I'm getting the OmniPower rear upper arms which have a turnbuckle-style adjustment (similar to the front tie rods) for precise adjustment. I also plan on getting rear toe control links w/ the same type of adjustment, to get more precise toe settings, vs. having to just use a prybar on the trailing arms.

well if the car is too low to get on the rack, a camber kit isn't going to help.

If they said they can't adjust the toe even w/ the car on the rack, because it's too low, well then that's BS. My car is lowered at least 3" and my friend aligns it just fine.
