So sunday i installed my nitrous kit and while i was doing this i decided to pull up the carpet to plug up some leaks


So i get everything done go to start the car it takes a min to crank and then it sounds like its misfiring so yesterday i looked all through it for if i pulled out a wire or something but nothing

So today i buy a volt tester and as im checking wires i don't get any power from

the c1 or c2 plugs

on the distributor i don't get any power from the blue wire that you tap for the tac if you have one

car runs and drives but spudders all the time its also throwing a code 16(injectors)
But i checked all the injectors and they are all getting power so i what to no why am i not getting power to the c1/c2 plugs?

 

so i guess my question is Shouldent the c1,c2 wires have power coming from them with the car on

and since they dont what can i do to fix it

It wont throw the code when you just turn the key but as soon as you start it the code comes on

 

code 16 will cause ur car to backfire etc.

also will the cyp sensors. check the injectors might be dead.

umm cyp sensor plug them back in or test it inside the car..

 

whats the cyp sensor?

Does it have anything to do with the c1/c2 wires going to the dizzy because im not getting any power from them and cant figure out why im not getting power from them

check the injector resistor box for resistant if i were u

 

resistor box has power coming from all the wires


The only wires that have no power are the c1,c2 wires from where you convert dpfi to mpfi i checked right up to the ecu plug and no power also the blue wire on the distributor itself has nothing
