Default best valves

I'm in the process of building a GSR head and i wanted to know what would be the better choice of valvesprings, i've heard that toda are good but expensive, then i've heard supertech is pretty good and they have about the same strengh as others

i've like the crower springs. you can even order custom rates and they offer two rates, with a economy version and their "race" version.

The best value I've seen so far are Portflow springs. How high are you planning on revving? How much lift are you planning on having on your cams?
