Hi, I have a GS 2001 integra, when I turn on the low beam, I see that the light doesn't fill up the whole circle of the lens, it only light up in the middle, it doens't fill up the side. did I have the plug turned wrong when I install the 9006 or is it suppose to be like that, or is it just the light.

 

It's a projector beam, so it should look like that. Drive up to a wall, about 10 ft from it, and you should see a "stepped" pattern on the wall that is wider than the car.
