Default what kind of engine should i go for?

ok im having some trouble deciding on what kind of engine to swap into my 93 civic DX, ive been considering the b18c(jdmgsr) or the b18cR(jdm version), or possibly some jdm civic engine, which of these would be the easiest to swap, which would i need to get a new tranny/clutch for bla bla, if i even need to, thanks.

a lot of people will say what r ur goals first? then they will say the r just because it comes with more power, etc..bla..bla..bla..bla (i'm still undecided too but i'm still researching on what set up can get me into high 12's to mid 13's the most reliable and cheapest, not saying that i'm cheap here, just trying to save money)
