Default Tire size

I have a 92 lx accord and was wondering what is the widest tire that I can put on the stock 14X6 rims. I wanted to go with a 205/65/14, but dont know if they will rub.

not sure if a 205 will fit on a 6" wide rim, but i got 215/45/17 on my 17x7's, and it doesn't rub at all in the front, and barely rubs in the rear, but only when i turn. i'm also on h&r sport springs, so its lowered. if your at stock height, i doubt you'd have a problem.

You shouldn't rub. I had 205 wide Kumho 712's on 15x6.5 with a +55 offset and the tires didn't rub but the rim was real close to touching the knuckle. So I dought your going to rub the tire on anything. What offset is the rim anyway?

205 might fit, but it'll look weird, like the tire is bulging. 195 would probably be good.
