Default throw out bearing

umm not even quite sure if it is the throw out bearing.

well anyway i changed my clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing yadda yadda. tonight i noticed that when im driving or even idleing (any time my foot isnt touching the clutch) i get a noise like a bearing is fucked up. clutch fully engaged, barely touching the pedal, anything like that the noise stops...

do i need to adjust something? bearing need to break in? do i need to pull my car apart and replace the bearing?

edit: and for what its worth, i drive a 5th gen with a 5spd

did you make sure that your clutch was alligned properly when you installed it? if not, that could be the cause...

well i used the alignment tool that came with the clutch kit...

what looks like is happening is the slave cylinder or whatever slowly works itself into the wrong position... if i step on the clutch and release its good for awhile with no noise, but you can watch the slave cylinder (i think thats what it is) start moving... and then the noise returns.

do i still have air in the line? im not using a bleeding tool, just some pumping action and an 8mm wrench, and another person.

Noise stops when you just begin to press the clutch pedal? That sounds like a throw-out bearing. Especially if the clutch works properly (ignoring the noise).

I don't really understand the bit about the slave cylinder moving...

if i hold the slave cylinder back the noise stops. if i press the clutch in and run around my car, the noise doesnt start imeadiately. but you can watch the cylinder move and then the bearing starts getting noisy again... like the bearing isnt fully disengaging? the bearing shouldnt always be spinning correct?
