Default Where do you get female connectors?

I need somehow to connect speaker wires to my speakers. I was looking for female connectors, but can't find them anywhere! Radioshack had them, but not the right size. I need 14 and 12 gauge ones. Where can I find them?

Man, this is frustrating, I thought it would be an "easy to get" part

anyones will work, just bend them open or close to fit your wire.

What do you mean by opening it? We're talking about 18-22 gauge connector fitting on 12-14 gauge wire.

go to any audio sound store. your local home depot should have it. if all else fails, do it correctly. solder, solder, solder.

im tellin you, they sell ones to fit 14-16awg and so on everywhere. just bend them open a little, the part you shove the wire through.. there split at the top anyways. then crimp it. i've crimped 14-16 gauge ones on 8 gauge. the best way is to remove the plastic insulation and put the wire in, hammer it flat against cement. solder / e-tape. be resourceful

Yeah, I'll try that if I won't find anything better. And remember I'm in Canada, so we don't have the "everywhere" thing

I'm in St. Catharines, Ontario (Niagara Region).

Anyways, went to Home Depot today, found there 10-12 and 14-16 gauge connectors. Got both of them...come home to test them and they suck The 14-16 are not seating tight. The 10-12 are a bit better, but there's still movement. The other thing is that in the package there were only positive connectors (the larger ones). The negatives are smaller and the connectors are just too big and all that

Well, then I guess I will just have to solder them in, cause now I can't even find anything that will seat still there...and it's not like I will have to take off my speakers in the next hundred years.
