94-97 to 98+ front / rear end --conversion people!

94-97 to 98+ front / rear end --conversion people!-- ? for those who did the conversion
how did the conversion go? bolt on?
I know that the front bumper/ headlights/ bumper lense/ Rear bumper/ need to be changed to get the 98+ look. Anything else?
My only question left is if the white FOAM piece that goes inside the front bumper need or need not to be changed. ?????

the mirrors changed in 1997 the pre-97 ones are totally round while the 97+ ones have a bulge on them. best way i could think to explain it!
