Yes, just headlights, corner lenses, and the bumper itself. You can utilize the hardware from your current 94-97 bumper on the 98+ bumper. Fenders, hood, and mounting locations are the same for 94-01.

i havnt seen to many rear shots of 94-97 tegs, whats the difference between them and the 98+ rear end besides lights?

i did the rear bumper with itr spoiler, i still have the 95 front, but i cut the middle beam out, intercooler is black too, stock tails , stock turn signals, bronze wheels
