Check the mesh screen on the oil pump pick-up tube. If that's ok check oil pump.

lol..ya dood maybe you have an internal oil leak somewhere..try adding more oil to just above the max line

Fill your oil filter with oil before putting it on when you do an oil change. Some oil filters have a valve that keeps oil in it when there is no oil pressure( car is off ) to help with the issue that you are having.

More oil is not always better.

i had the oil pan off and i cheked the screen and stuff and everything looked fine. damn motor hasnt ran in like 15 years, cant expect it to be perfect. still cant figure it out, no signs of wear on any bearings or anything yet.
