Default took off wheel, now heavy clunking??

The car rattles when I let off the gas, at higher speeds it is more noticable. I just took off one wheel to clean the brakes. I used gunk brand brake cleaner, applied it twice and wiped off. I did spray it on the rotors and around the brake pad area. I did this on only one wheel, the right side. The clunking is loud. I tryed removing the wheel and retighting in proper formation (across) and tightening little by little.

It sounds and feels really serious, it happened right after I got the wheel back on.
I searched the archives and recent for clunking, got nothing pertaing to me. (bad camber kit, different clunking etc)

edit: I guess I posted 10 times in 24 hrs, so I'll edit this. I dident realize that I also loosend the left front wheel also. I tighted this one properly and ta da, clunking is gone. I drove for about a total of 1.5 min while the lugs were tightened by hand at about 30 mph, did I cause any damage?

can you notice a clunk when you slow down, and/or when you go?
