Fuel injector cleaner good or not?
We see all kinds of fuel injector cleaner to put in the gas tank of the car. They range from 3$ to 25$. Do any of these brands make a difference on the lude?
i'd use them at most once a year and use the midrange to relatively cheap stuff.
they are all the same - "petroleum distillates" in the ingredients.
too much will wear our your injector seals and deprive you of your money

I am not familiar with "seafoam". where can I find it?
How much to put? What frequency?
would it correct my poor performance car problem (hic up while accelerating when I press the gas pedal all the way too quickly).

Sea foam could probably help. I just finished using it on my 1992 prelude SR (200,000km), my friends 97 civic SI (140,000km) and my 2000 Maxima (170,000km) and it works great... really helped me with the idle and very smooth acceleration, along with renewed power! i suggest you get some....
Now trouble is you live in Quebec like i do, so they dont have the product here... i heard of only a couple of places in Ontario and all over the states. What i did was ordered from someone i knew in the states and had it shipped over here...
What you can maybe do is go on ebay and search for it...
I also suggest you read up on the product. Do a search here for "sea foam or seafoam" and you should get a lot of hits with ppl talking about the product and what it does and how you should do it
try reading up on it over here too http://www.seafoamsales.com
hope this helps out man!

Thanks for the info.
The Honda dealer says that the car engine does not need to be cleaned at only 70000 km ? Is he wrong
I do not know enough mechanics to "play" in my engine. Do you think that Honda has an "equivalent" product to seafoam?

Honestly, just use the seafoam. It's very safe and will clean your engine, plus you get the pleasure of shooting smoke for 5 minutes while driving around town
Only place I know to get it is OReilly's
