H22 SWAP HELP??
well my friend is trying to swap in an h22 into his accord and the problem is that his lsd gsr tranny won't bolt up(seems kinda small)well he wants to know if there is something that needs to be replace inorder for the tranny to bolt up.
YOu are trying to mate components together from 2 different engine famillies. The engine being "H" series and the tranny being "B" series. If you want it to work, a special/custom mounting plate will need to be made.
Good luck with it
You'd be better off finding an H-series tranny or F series tranny and call it a day.

WOW! Unlike in the real world, in the world of swapping anything Honda.... the rule is "Keep it in the Family!"

Not only would a custom plate need to be fabricated to mount the two together, but you would probably also have to fabricate a custom flywheel and tranny mount. Not to mention the shift assembly, you would have to fabricate a mounting plate for the b series shifter. Plus you might even have to lengthen or shorten the **** linkage to make it fit in the right position. And who knows what the axle set-up would be like.
All of that is probably why it hasn't been done before. Like someone else already said, just find an H series tranny and use that. You could even use a f series but they have longer gear ratios.
