h22 timing and fuel pressure

does anyone know wat the timing setting is on a h22a1 and wat is the fuel pressure supposed to be runnin at? holla at me asap

Timing 15+/- 2
Fuel pressure 28-32psi at idle with vaccum

is that psi stoich. or a little lean ..... and timing do u set 15 degrees advanced or wat do u set it at? cuz im running a knock sensor code and its cuz the timinig is off and fuel mix is off
