If it fits the B18B...then:

Mugen.

METAL HEAD GASKET
A two-layer construction is used instead of the normal three-layer gasket plate construction, and a rib (+0.07mm) is laser-welded close to the plate surface sleeve to prevent blowout occurring at high compression. This head gasket raises the compression ratio by 0.4 points. Construction is entirely of stainless steel.

i heard if you get a 3 layer gasket..just take off the one of layers and that'll bump up compression..

Mugen doesn't make thin head gasket for the B18B.

Perhaps Mr. Gasket does, but I don't trust it.

Don't take 1 of the 3 layers of the stock Honda head gasket. There's a reason for having 3 layers.

Trying raising the compression by doing either of the following:
- high compression pistons
- deck the block
- mill the head

The 1st being the most preferred.

Adrian Teo from the hybrid forums is using 1 layer of the stock honda headgasket on his B18C1 with ITR head and valvetrain. From his writeup, it doesn't look like he did anything special, just made certain everything was withing specs and worked carefully.

yeah im putting in Pr3 pistons in and from what i read up on it should get me to 11.1.1 comp. im looking for around 11.5.1, and i didn't have enough to get some forged peices, and i dont think im going to mill the head or deck the block, it just doesnt sit right with me, so no one knows of a company that makes thinner headgaskets? i'll check out mr.headgasket. thanks
